You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to sending spam; hosting malware or illegal content; infringing intellectual property; or conducting denial-of-service attacks.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
We target 99.9% uptime and provide credits for qualifying downtime as described in your plan.
Fees are due in advance unless otherwise stated. We offer a 7-day refund for first-time purchases where service has not been materially used.
We back up data on a scheduled basis, but you remain responsible for maintaining your own backups.
Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms or applicable law. You may cancel at any time.
